New online classes for Strength, Mobility & Tension Release

Pilates At Home gives you access to over 250 classes to release tension and build strengthen, whenever you need it.

May’s new classes invite you to release, rebalance, and reconnect—whether that means easing shoulder tension, exploring rotational movement, or building strength with a band or overball. These sessions are designed to help you feel more mobile, aligned, and energised from head to toe.

A full-body session using the overball to help you release tension, improve posture and breathing, and build strength. Expect to finish feeling grounded, energised, and more connected to your body.
