With women living up to a third of their lives after Menopause, it’s vital we're more educated, prepared, and empowered to manage the changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause.

A workshop for women in the peri-to-post-menopausal phase of life, we'll discuss the common symptoms women experience as hormones fluctuate. The effects on heart, bone, brain & pelvic health, and provide strategies to help manage and minimise these effects. Discover practical Pilates movements that can help support your mind and body through this life phase, including bone-building strength exercises, cardio exercises, a restorative and calming breath practice, pelvic health exercises as well as ways to strengthen and mobilise the feet.

Tarn Jones is an experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist who prides herself in offering clients a holistic and whole-body approach to the assessment and management of musculoskeletal and women’s health conditions.

She is passionate about assisting women to resolve any women’s health concerns they may have and significantly improve their quality of life.
