Whether it’s your first time trying Pilates or you’re a regular practitioner, our Mat Class Memberships give you a weekly hour-long Pilates session to transform your body, from the inside out.
Breathe Mat Pilates
FOR: BEGINNERS
WHEN: TUESDAYS
DROP-IN AVAILABLE
Our certified mat work teacher, Hannah, will guide you through the basics, how to align yourself for optimal movement. You’ll learn how to utilise your breath during movement, to understand the why behind a movement and how it feels in your body.
You’ll feel stronger in those ‘scaffolding muscles for your spine’ (abdominals, pelvic floor, diaphragm), increased flexibility, reduced stiffness, aches and pains as well as improvements to your posture, alignment in day to day life as well as feeling more calm and centred.
Breathe is a mixed-level mat class, suitable for beginners.
Align Mat Pilates
FOR: IMPROVERS
WHEN: MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS
DROP-IN AVAILABLE MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS
Align Mat Pilates improver classes are suitable if you have injuries or joint issues and we’ll guide you to modify movements to meet your body’s needs.
We’ll explain the why behind the movements so that you really understand the foundations and encourage you to connect with your movements in a mindful way and experience the true connection between mind and body.
Expect to get stronger all over.
Energise Mat Pilates
FOR: INTERMEDIATE
WHEN: WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS
For Energise Mat Pilates classes, you’ll already have a solid understanding of how your body moves and the foundational Pilates movements.
We’ll focus on strength and stability, finding balance, and training your focus. Pilates exercises will stimulate your smaller and larger muscles; expect to move your body in a coordinated way and use your breath to maximise the potential of each movement.
Not suitable for new or rehab clients.
Virtual Mat Pilates
FOR: MIXED LEVEL
WHEN: MONDAYS
DROP-INS AVAILABLE
Every Monday evening, you can join in from home or wherever you are for a live class via Zoom. It’s a mixed-level mat class, so all are welcome.
It may not be suitable if you are new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or have chronic pain. In these cases, our Breathe Mat Class, online Beginners Course, or One-to-One sessions may be appropriate before joining a group class.
