Choose from a mix of single passes, class packs, courses and memberships; all curated to provide you the best possible experience for each class type we offer.

Mat Classes
Annual Membership | £45 per month Reserved spot in 1 mat class per week for 39 weeks per year.
As a mat member, your place in your chosen mat class is automatically reserved for you in advance each week. This monthly payment breaks down your annual class fee into 12 equal monthly instalments. You can easily cancel and swap classes in the Member App.
Single Class Pass | £15 per class Available for selected classes - 1 session valid for 30 days
For all of our evening Mat classes, we offer a single class pass option to try the class or attend for just one session.
Pregnancy + Postnatal
Courses | £ 84-98 per course Access to 1 mat class per week, booked as a course of 6-7 weeks
Our Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes run for 6-7 weeks. You block-book the course upfront. If you miss a class, you’ll receive a video class to do at home. Pregnancy clients receive password access to the exclusive Pregnancy Pilates Hub, full of free resources and support.
Reformer Classes
Annual Membership | £72 per month Reserved spot in 1 Reformer class per week for 39 weeks across the year.
Automatic reservations, easy cancellations and class swaps into any available Reformer or Mat across the timetable if you can’t make your spot.
5 Class Pack | £110 per pack (£22 per class) 5 sessions valid for 60 days
Single Class Pass | £24 per class Available for Reformer Monday 7.30pm and Friday 12pm - 1 session valid for 30 days
Pilates Equipment Circuits
Annual Membership | £72 per month Reserved spot in 1 Circuit class per week for 39 weeks across the year
Our unique Pilates Circuits also operate as a membership, with all the benefits of the Mat membership - automatic reservations, easy cancellations and class swaps. The bonus is that you’re able to swap into any available Circuit, Mat or Reformer class across the timetable if you can’t make your spot.

Memberships are auto-billed on the same date each month. However, no long-term commitment is required. Your only commitment is to yourself.
If you need to cancel, simply give us 30 days’ notice in writing (email) to cancel your membership so we can confirm your last class with us.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we operate a 24-hour cancellation and members can ‘leave’ a single class in advance and swap to another mat class - space permitting.
If you cannot attend a class, it’s your responsibility to ‘leave’ the class by logging into your Teamup account.
Classes cancelled within the 24-hour window are forfeited and cannot be swapped.
Swaps are possible within the same class type e.g mat class to mat class - other classes, such as Reformer, are in different membership tiers.
It’s your membership, so you cannot offer your place to a friend if you cannot attend a class.

Late cancellation fees are the only charges that may be automatically applied to members. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend a class without notice, you will automatically forfeit that class credit.

There are no refunds on memberships for any reason, including but not limited to: relocation, lack of suitable schedule availability, change of teacher, illness or injury.
When everyone works within the 24-hour cancellation policy, swaps are available to the community.

Membership pricing is subject to annual price adjustments. Reasonable and fair notice will be given in the case of any price adjustments applied to your Membership

All memberships
Classes, memberships, and packages are non-refundable or transferable.
Annual Mat and Equipment Circuit Memberships
You are agreeing to pay a fixed amount each month, which gives you access to one class per week (two for Gold members), taken on the same day and time each week over the class timetable period of 39 weeks per year. This monthly payment breaks down your annual class fee into 12 equal monthly instalments.
You agree that you are required to give 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your membership. We will be in touch to inform you of your last class.
Your classes are automatically booked for you on a 12-week rolling basis, and it is your responsibility to manage any class swaps via your Teamup account.
If you cannot attend a class, it is your responsibility to ‘leave’ the class by logging into your Teamup account
Classes cancelled within the 24-hour window are forfeited and cannot be swapped.
Classes can be rescheduled and swapped outside of the 24-hour cancellation window.
For Mat Memberships, swaps are only possible within the same class type, e.g mat class to mat class - other classes, such as Reformer, are in different membership tiers.
For Circuit Memberships, swap are possible to any weekly equipment circuit, reformer or mat class in the timetable.
I understand that changes to my class, including cancellations will be communicated through Teamup and via email and that the studio takes no responsibility for emails not checked in time.
It is my responsibility to keep my card details up to date, and if a card payment fails, we will attempt to take payments twice more. We will then contact you, and after this if payment still fails, your membership will be cancelled and we will invoice you a £15 administration fee.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your session, you won't be permitted to attend. This is to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and class participants.
Special event classes, workshops and pay-as-you-go classes offered outside of our official term-time timetable are not included in any memberships.
You cannot offer your place to a friend if you are unable to attend a class.

Reformer and Pilates Gym passes
Class passes are offered in packages of 5 sessions with a 6-week expiry.
Single-class passes have a 30-day expiry
Extensions to passes will only be given if the studio is closed during your pass and would expire during this closure. This is offered solely at the discretion of the studio
Class passes are valid for the type of class purchased and cannot be swapped for another class type, e.g. reformer to equipment
As per our general service terms and conditions, we reserve the right to condense and cancel classes as required by the business. If this affects your ability to use your credits within the designated usage period, then fair and reasonable adjustments will be made to your expiry date at the manager’s discretion
Class/appointment credits must be used before the end of the usage period, or they are no longer valid for use (the expiry date will be noted in your account/on your receipt)
Please note that all classes, memberships and sessions have expiry dates; therefore, classes cancelled must be used within these periods.
