If you’re new to Pilates, it can be hard to know where to start. A lot of people come to us saying they don’t want to do it wrong or feel out of place in a class. That’s exactly why we host Foundations courses.
Over 4 weeks, Beth will guide you through the key principles behind the Pilates method so you can build confidence and understand what you’re doing before moving into our group classes. It’s a supportive, small group environment with time to ask questions and learn properly — so you feel ready for what comes next.
Regulated Strength - Pilates & Your Nervous System
How the nervous system organises movement has a lot to do with holding tension. This workshop is about understanding that through movement, and making small changes that actually shift how things feel.
We’ll use Pilates to explore how breath, alignment and support work together. And how this helps you move with less effort, feel more stable, reduce tension, and feel more confident in your body, especially on the days that are a bit more demanding
Practical and movement-based, this workshop gives you time to feel the difference, and find a way of moving that feels organised, steady and reliable.
Pilates & Prosecco on the Lawn
A relaxed outdoor Pilates class to help you move, stretch, and unwind in the fresh air. Expect a feel-good flow focused on breath, core support, and mindful movement—nothing too intense, just a chance to reconnect with your body in the beautiful gardens of our studio.
After class, stay and enjoy a glass of prosecco and a social 🥂

A dynamic and flowing Energise Pilates class designed to help you feel stronger, more resilient, and energised as you head into the seasonal festivities, followed by a Festive Mulled Wine Social!

Relax & Restore Pilates
As we head into the busy month of December, this Relax & Restore Pilates class is designed to help restore balance in both mind and body. Expect to move both gently and mindfully, to connect to your breathing and decrease tension, with Lauren Hilton.

With women living up to a third of their lives after Menopause, it’s vital we're more educated, prepared, and empowered to manage the changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause.
This is a unique workshop combining specialist education and practical Pilates movements for women in the peri-to-post-menopausal phase of life.
