This innovative class is a step beyond traditional 1:1 sessions. In Pilates Gym, we work closely with each client, assessing your background, movement patterns, injuries, and goals to create a bespoke program. You’ll complete your individual program during an hour-long session alongside two other clients, with our full supervision and guidance. Pilates Gym sessions are booked after you've taken a series of 1:1 sessions with Lauren to get to know your movement needs before your custom program is created.
Classes are held on Tuesdays at 12pm and 1:30pm. Please register your interest - we’d love to expand this offering and add more sessions.

A small group apparatus class that works in a circuit-style format using all of Joseph Pilates’ original apparatus; reformer, tower bar, ladder barrel, and Wunda chair.
You'll feel released, stretched, and stronger after these classes. These classes are suitable for those injury-free and with Pilates experience. If you haven't used the equipment before please book a one-to-one before booking this class.
