With the full range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Chair, Tower Bar, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel at our disposal, we’ll ensure your movements are supported or challenged in the way that best suits you.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to improve your everyday movement, or preparing for elite competition, we’ll focus on breath work, building strength and resilience, unwinding old movement patterns that no longer serve you.

One-to-ones are available daytime Tuesday to Friday.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and decide if we’d like to work together. We’ll discuss any relevant injuries or health conditions, we’ll set some goals and Lauren will do a movement assessment with you so that your sessions are tailored to what your body needs. There’s no obligation to continue after this initial appointment if you don’t wish to.

  • One-to-one sessions are available during the daytime, Tuesday - Friday.

  • One-to-one Pilates sessions are one hour.

  • One session is £60. After your first session, you can buy blocks of 5 and 10 sessions at a reduced rate.
