We suggest that you arrive around 10 minutes early so that we can give you a proper welcome, and so you can speak with the teacher about any special requests or expectations you may have. Allow the previous class to exit before entering.
Sometimes life happens. If you are a couple of minutes late, please enter the studio quietly and join the class, trying to minimise disruption. Take a few warm-up movements, and then enter the teacher's sequence when you are ready.
However, if you are more than 5 minutes late to your session, you won't be permitted to attend. This is to prevent injury and to be respectful of the teacher and class participants.
-
Just yourself! We provide mats, and all props and equipment for each class.
If you’d like, bring a water bottle.
Come ready for your class wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Avoid anything too loose, as it may get in the way during practice, and please no external zips or metal fastenings to avoid any damage to the studio equipment.
Grip socks are recommended for traction, safety and hygiene, especially for equipment classes.
We provide a cloakroom for storing all personal belongings, so you can fully dedicate yourself to your practice without distractions.
-
Yes! You’ll receive an email reminder of your upcoming class, and here‘s a brief summary:
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy across the studio.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate.
To avoid fees, we recommend cancelling as soon as possible through the TeamUp app.
Our Mat Members have a swap system, where they can swap to another class - Learn more about mat class swaps here →
We ask clients to remove themselves as soon as they know they are not able to attend to allow others to swap into their place.

Thank you for respecting our policies—they help keep our classes running smoothly and give all our clients the best possible experience.
DURING CLASS
-
When you arrive, your teacher will greet you and guide you on where to find everything.
Please store all personal belongings, including phones set to silent, in the cloakroom.
We strive to maintain a focused and peaceful environment for all clients. If you are on call or need to stay accessible, please let your teacher know—we fully support those who need to be available for loved ones or important responsibilities.
-
Our Pilates teachers are here to provide you guidance, suggestions and recommendations. But some things may not feel right for you that day. Never hesitate to take a rest when you need to.
We encourage you to take agency over your well-being. You know your body better than anyone else, and this tranquil studio space is where you can put that knowledge into practice, tune in, and deeply connect with yourself.
-
Our studio is a shoe-free zone; remove your shoes on entering and store them in the cloakroom.
Socks are required for all classes, and for your safety, grip socks are essential in equipment sessions. If you forget yours, we’ve got a lovely selection available to purchase at the studio.
The studio doors open 10 minutes before your class starts. Please wait outside until the space and your teacher are ready for you.
If classes are scheduled closely together, please allow the previous class to exit before you enter—this helps keep the entrance clear and the energy calm.
If you're running more than 5 minutes late, we ask that you skip the class this time. The first 10 minutes are dedicated to settling in—helping your body and nervous system transition into the session—and arriving late can disrupt this experience for everyone.
If you need to leave early, please let your teacher know before the class starts.
AFTER CLASS
-
It’s normal to feel some effects in your muscles, especially the next day.
Stay hydrated after your class.
A warm bath with magnesium salts is a relaxing way to support muscle recovery.
-
