When most people think “core”, they think abs. But real core strength is deeper than that — it’s the foundation of stability, posture, balance and efficient movement. This is an invitation to explore what your core actually is — and how Pilates can help you build deep strength and stability in a way that feels supportive, sustainable and connected.

Across the 3 hours, we’ll work together on:

  • a clearer understanding of the core (beyond those surface muscles)

  • breath-led activation that supports rather than strains

  • integrated movement that carries into daily life

  • a strong Pilates flow that brings it all together

You don’t need a “strong core” to come — just curiosity and a willingness to tune in.

It’ll be small, hands-on and supportive - I’d love to save you a space.
