I found Pilates after struggling with chronic health conditions, Pilates allowed me to feel and move my body in new ways. I was able to build on my strength, improve my flexibility and find space to calm my nervous system.
During the tough times with my health, Pilates became a lifeline in mindful and peaceful movement.
I have over 15 years of experience working in the NHS and thrive when working in collaboration with my clients. With my guidance, you’ll learn to listen to your body for better health and movement in everyday life. I’ll help you develop strength and mobility in all the joints and muscles of your whole body, empowering you to get the most out of every day.
I have practiced Pilates for over 6 years, and have developed a real passion for it. I’m excited to help others with their journeys and hope to work with you soon.
