New to Pilates?
Our Foundations classes for Mat and Reformer are the perfect introduction. Over a 4-week block, you'll learn the key Pilates principles, understand how to move well, and build confidence to progress into weekly classes.
Looking for regular classes?
Our Mat, Reformer and Studio Pilates memberships offer a consistent, supportive way to build strength, mobility and confidence over time.
Pregnant?
Our Pregnancy Pilates classes help you stay strong, mobile and connected to your changing body throughout pregnancy.
Recently had a baby?
Our Postnatal Pilates course helps you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor while building strength safely and gradually. And yes, babies come along too.
