Candlelight Pilates
Our annual end-of-year Candlelight Pilates returns for an extended class designed to restore a little balance and calm before we head into the festive holidays.
We’ll turn down the lights, light the candles and enjoy a slower, flowing Pilates practice with plenty of time to breathe, move and unwind.
