Our mum and baby Postnatal Pilates class aims to help you find the heart of your energy from your pelvic floor, realign your spine after pregnancy shaped it around your baby, and strengthen your body for the physicality of being a mum.

Our Postnatal Pilates restorative studio class and 8-week online course are both carefully designed to slowly restore muscle function so you can feel your best whilst adapting to motherhood.

Babies, Lattes and Pilates

Our weekly restorative class for new mums and their babies.

We’ll support you in reconnecting with your breath and the muscles of your pelvic floor and abdominals. We’ll help you check for diastasis recti and ensure that you build strength slowly from the inside out.

The class is 1 hour of postnatal Pilates, followed by 30 minutes for tea and social! Class blocks of 6-8 weeks. Suitable until your baby crawls.

Postnatal Core Restore

An eight-week step-by-step online programme designed especially for busy mothers, to help get your body moving in a safe and supportive way at home.

Whether your baby is 2 months, 2 years, or 2 decades old, I designed this 8-week online programme for postpartum women to help gently restore function to the muscles that worked so hard to make your babies.
