Our Pregnancy Pilates classes will nurture you through movements that will help your body cope with the growing weight of your baby, remain as free and mobile as possible, and avoid tightness, aches, and pains.
Learn how to connect, relax, and control the power of breath with the function of the pelvic floor for labour. Strengthen and prepare your body for an active birth and the physical demands of motherhood.
As part of your class package, you have exclusive access to our Happy Mamas pregnancy members’ area with a mini-library of on-demand classes, helpful information, videos and guides to help you feel your best throughout your pregnancy.
If you miss a week, don’t worry, we'll send you a video class to do at home.
