Beth Williams
I first discovered Pilates during my dance training, where it was used to help us focus on alignment and the sequencing of movement.
Before that, I saw exercise mostly as a way to look a certain way or build toned muscles. But Pilates shifted my perspective—it showed me that movement can be a tool for healing, not just physically but mentally too.
That realisation sparked a deep interest in how movement supports recovery, wellbeing, and confidence. I completed my instructor training with Polestar in Australia in 2020, and soon after, I began a Physiotherapy degree, which I’m now close to finishing.
As a Pilates teacher, I’m passionate about helping people connect their mind and body. I bring both practical and clinical knowledge to my classes, guiding clients to recognise how each exercise can feel for them, and helping them build confidence in what their body can do. I look forward to supporting you in your Pilates journey.
BETH’S GOAL
Guiding clients to feel each exercise, move mindfully, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of.
