Postnatal Pilates for Mums & Babies | 10:30am-12pm Wednesdays
Our 8-week Postnatal Pilates course (£112) is designed to gently support your body after pregnancy and birth — while giving you a chance to connect with other local mums.
Each class includes:
1 hour of restorative Postnatal Pilates
30 minutes for tea, chat and social time
Together we’ll focus on:
Reconnecting with your breath
Strengthening your pelvic floor
Gently restoring your abdominals
Checking for diastasis recti
Rebuilding strength safely from the inside out
Babies are very welcome, and classes are suitable until your baby starts crawling.
It’s a calm, supportive space to move your body, meet other mums and take a little time for yourself.
If you miss a week, don’t worry, we send you a video class to do at home.
